What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2 PM until 10 PM.
Check-out is by 12 AM.
Guests are free to  leave their luggage at the reception desk before check-in or after check-out.

Does the Hotel Exclusive serve breakfast?
Yes, we serve a buffet breakfast every morning.

Does the hotel offer a parking area?
Yes, free outdoor parking & paid underground garage are available.

Does the hotel offer an Internet connection?
Yes, a free Wi-Fi Internet connection is available in every room, apartment and common area of Hotel Exclusive.

Will my credit card be billed during the online reservation?
No, your credit card details serve only  to guarantee your reservation. No deposit will be charged. Payment for your stay is processed  directly at the Hotel Exclusive.

Do you accept credit card payments?
